PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Pass Christian approved Ordinance No. 717 on July 21, 2026. The ordinance modernizes the City’s parking regulations by clarifying which vehicles are subject to restrictions, limiting overnight parking along the beachfront corridor, regulating large commercial vehicle parking, establishing clearer enforcement procedures, and providing flexibility to address special events and public safety concerns through temporary parking restrictions. The ordinance became effective immediately upon passage. A full copy of the ordinance may be viewed at Pass Christian City Hall during normal business hours.
