LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given, advising that the Planning Commission for the City of D’Iberville will hold a Public Hearing on July 28th, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall in D’Iberville, Mississippi at 10383 Automall Parkway, D’Iberville, Mississippi for the purpose of reviewing the following applications. A full copy of the applications and maps depicting the locations of these properties are available for you to review at D’Iberville City Hall.

  1. Case No. 2026-21 Dalton Wilbrant for Oscar Miskelly-Variance application for proposed sign package, various architectural regulations, and reduced front, rear, and side setbacks for the purpose of a new retail development at 11164 McAlpine St in the C-3 (Interstate Commercial) District, parcel #s 1408M-04-060.000, 1408M-04-061.000, 1408M-04-051.000.
  2. Case No. 2026-22 Freddie Fountain for Scott & Jessica Baker and Christine Baker-Conditional Use Permit application to allow for the construction of a new convenience store with gas at 11128 Lamey Bridge Rd in the C-3B (Interstate Commerical) District, parcel #s 1408N-04-021.000 and 1408N-04-021.002.
  3. Case 2026-23 Stephen Pleasant Jr-Conditional Use Permit Application to allow for tire sales and service at 10192 Central Ave in the C-2 (General Commercial) District, parcel # 1409F-02-016.000.
