LEGAL NOTICE
The Biloxi Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Municipal Building located at 676 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Biloxi, Mississippi, to hear the following cases:
Case No. 26-041-PC, a Text Amendment to the LDO, to amend Section 23-4-3-(D) (9)e, pertaining to Auto Wrecker Service.
Case No. 26-042-BZA, a ten-foot (10’) Height Variance, to allow a new single-family residence to be forty-five feet tall (45’), instead of at the thirty–five foot (35’) maximum height allowed by ordinance, for property identified as 1468 Beach Boulevard (i.e., Tax Parcel No. 1310K-03-042.000).
At this public hearing, any person is invited to comment on the particular matters and requests contained within this application for zoning Map Amendment.
