The Biloxi Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 18 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Municipal Building located at 676 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Biloxi, Mississippi, to hear the following cases:
Case No. 26-034-PC, a Text Amendment, to update the Biloxi Land Development Ordinance to amend Article 23-2(G)(I), 23-6-4, 23-10, Table 23-2-3(F)(1), 23-233(F)(4) to update the Tree Ordinance and Tables.
Case No. 23-035-PC, a Conditional Use application to allow multi-family within a NB zone for properties located at 245 Porter Avenue & 1088 Judge Sekul Avenue (re: Tax Parcel Nos. 1310H-02-090.000 & 1310H-02-092.000).
