The Biloxi Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Municipal Building located at 676 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Biloxi, Mississippi, to hear the following case:
Case No. 26-026-BZA, a Lot size Variance application, to authorize an accessory structure (guest cottage) to be located upon a 12,948 square foot lot, in a RS-10 zone, identified as 2191 Sherwood Place (re: Tax Parcel No.1210D-03-068.000).
