HARRISON COUNTY (GG) — The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) requests public’s assistance with the location of a missing person, Kelvin Mark Fuqua from Gulfport. Kelvin is described as a 43-year-old black male that is 5’6 and about 195 pounds, partially bald with some brown hair, a beard, and brown eyes.
Kelvin last spoke with his family on March 3, 2026 and has not been home since. The Gulfport man has not contacted his family or close friends since March 3, 2026 and did not leave home with a car or a phone. It is also unknown what Kelvin was last wearing, but he does have multiple tattoos on his face as well as a nose piercing.
