BILOXI (GG) — On Thursday, March 12, 2026, Harrison County Sheriff’s Office announced the seizure of 8.8 pounds of cocaine during a traffic stop on Interstate 10. 

 On Wednesday morning, March 11, 2026, at approximately 11:08 AM, a deputy from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Interdiction Division along with an agent with the US Border Patrol conducted a traffic stop on a black Jeep Wagoneer for a traffic violation at the 40-mile marker of Interstate 10 eastbound in Biloxi.

During the stop, law enforcement officials made contact with the driver, who identified himself as Norbert Henry Jr. from Houston, Texas. After a search of the vehicle, deputies located 8.8 pounds of cocaine, which was hidden within the vehicle. 

Harrison County Narcotics Investigators responded and took over the Investigation. Henry was booked into the Harrison County Adult Detention Center in Gulfport and charged with Trafficking cocaine.
