LEGAL NOTICE ORDER
As per the Building Official hearing on January 28, 2026, that was held at Municipal Building located at 676 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Biloxi, Mississippi, the following order has been rendered:
The Estate of Geraldine Harris and Cassandra Forshee, 773 Monie Vista Dr., Parcel No.: 1209F-02-028.003, demolish the structure(s)
The individual(s) listed above has been granted thirty (30) days from the posting of this notice to complete this request; if not the City of Biloxi, pursuant to Section 5-9-5(d), shall cause the request from the Building Official to demolish the structure and the cost shall be a lien against said real property and assessed as a special tax.
