NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PURCHASE & INSTALL SERVING LINE FIXTURES PASS CHRISTIAN PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT REVERSE AUCTION BID
In accordance with Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated Section 31-7-13, the Pass Christian Public School District will receive bids, via reverse auction, for the purchase and installation of food serving line fixtures. Written specifications and bid documents may be obtained by contacting the district’s purchasing agent, Dennis Cochran, at dcochran@pc.k12.ms.us. (bids@pc.k12.ms.us) Although email communication is preferred, interested parties may also call 228-255-6200.
Each bidder’s initial bid must be submitted either in person at 6457 Kiln-DeLisle Road, Pass Christian MS 39571 or electronically at bids@pc.k12.ms.us on or before 1:00 pm on February 4, 2026. After initial bids are opened, and read aloud, the reverse auction process will begin. Only bidders who submit an initial bid will be allowed to participate in the reverse auction. The reverse auction will continue until five minutes have elapsed since the last bid was submitted. If after five minutes have elapsed no additional bids are submitted, the reverse auction will close.
Pass Christian Public School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and to readvertise the project if necessary.
