LEGAL NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE is given by the city of Pass Christian, Mississippi, that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 4:00 p.m., and will be reviewed on Tuesday March 3, 2026 before the Mayor and Board of Aldermen 6:00 p.m., at the City of Pass Christian courtroom, 105 Hiern Avenue, Pass Christian, Mississippi, to hear the following applications and any related matters:
- Public Hearing for consideration for recommendation of approval to the Board of Aldermen for a variance to allow front load parking in a T3R zone located at 258 Clark Avenue, tax parcel number 0313G-02-010.000.
- Public Hearing for consideration for recommendation of approval to the Board of Aldermen for a variance to allow front load parking in a T3R zone located at 260 Clark Avenue, tax parcel number 0313G-02-009.000.
- Public Hearing for consideration for recommendation of approval to the Board of Aldermen for a variance to allow front load parking in a T3R zone located at approximately 538 Royal Oak Drive, tax parcel number 0313D-03-023.000.
You are receiving this notice as your property is in close proximity of one or more of the above-mentioned parcels. All interested persons are invited to attend and participate at such hearings. Written comments or objections must be filed no later than close of business on February 20, 2026, and may be addressed as follows:
