As per the Building Official hearing on January 28, 2026, that was held at Municipal Building located at 676 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Biloxi, Mississippi, the following order has been rendered:
The State of Mississippi, 12687 Lorraine Rd, Parcel No.: 1108D-01-011.001, demolish the structure and remove the underground fuel tanks
The individual(s) listed above has been granted thirty (30) days from the posting of this notice to complete this request; if not the City of Biloxi, pursuant to Section 5-9-5(d), shall cause the request from the Building Official, to demolish the structure and remove the underground fuel tanks, and the cost shall be a lien against said real property and assessed as a special tax.
