LONG BEACH (GG) — On Friday, November 14, Long Beach Main Street unveiled an exciting new opportunity for local businesses, the 2025 Façade Grant Program, made possible through a partnership with the Mississippi Power Foundation.
After months of planning behind the scenes, Long Beach Main Street can finally share the news that this grant program is officially open for applications. The initiative represents more than just exterior updates. It’s an investment in the future of Long Beach, its small businesses, and the shared pride that defines the community.
“This program is about empowering our business owners to continue improving and investing in their properties,” said Courtney Cuevas-Welch, Director of Long Beach Main Street. “Every façade improvement tells part of our city’s story, one of growth, collaboration, and community pride.”
The Façade Grant Program is designed to assist local businesses in revitalizing and enhancing the appearance of their storefronts. Eligible projects may include painting, new signage, lighting, awnings, and other exterior improvements that contribute to a more beautiful and inviting city.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicants must be located within Long Beach city limits.
- Businesses must be current on Long Beach Main Street membership dues.
