Summary of Resolution

On September 15, 2025, the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Pass Christian, MS, adopted a resolution fixing and establishing a tax levy of 107.96 Mills on all taxable real and personal property for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The tax levy provides as follows:

48.32 Mills – General Revenue and Improvements

1.48 Mills – City Bond and Interest Sinking Fund

1.94 Mills – City General Library Fund

55.00 Mills – School District Maintenance Fund

.80 Mills – School Bond and Interest Sinking Fund

.42 Mills – Tax Collector’s Fee
