ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) CITY OF LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI
The City of Long Beach is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Public Works Operations and Water & Sewer Billing Services. The Contractor will be responsible for operation, management, and maintenance of the City’s water, wastewater, streets, drainage, right-of-way, fleet, and utility billing functions.
Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 201 Jeff Davis Avenue, Long Beach, MS 39560, no later than 4:00 p.m. CST on October 22, 2025.
Proposals will be publicly opened at City Hall on October 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST. Questions must be submitted in writing by October 8, 2025; responses will be issued by October 15, 2025.
The City anticipates awarding a multi-year contract in November 2025, with services beginning December 1, 2025. Full details of the RFP may be obtained from the City Clerk’s office. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
