NOTICE
Pursuant to MCA Section 17-17-348, as amended, the City of Pass Christian provides notice that during the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, the city budgeted that it would receive $ 768,000 in revenue from garbage collections solely from user rates. The City along with other City member agencies contracted with the Harrison County Utility Authority to perform these disposal services and the City paid the Authority the sum of $742,800.00 for garbage collections.
