PASS CHRISTIAN (GG) — Families filled the halls of DeLisle Elementary School (DES) this week for the school’s annual Open House, an event designed to strengthen communication between parents and educators while setting a positive tone for the year ahead.
Throughout the evening, parents had the opportunity to meet classroom teachers, review curriculum materials, and gain insight into daily routines and academic expectations. Staff members also provided information on extracurricular opportunities, school initiatives, and ways families can become involved.
All of the staff expressed optimism for a productive school year, emphasizing collaboration among teachers, parents, and students as a key component of the school’s success. DES is a member of the Pass Christian Public School District.
