Summary Ordinance 710
On September 2, 2025, the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Pass Christian, MS, adopted an Ordinance to correct an error in the legal description and survey of the re-plat of Lots 14-17, in Timber Ridge attached to Ordinance number 706 adopted on November 4, 2024.
The resolution and proposed ordinance are suggested and necessary. It has been discovered that the calls on the survey attached to the Ordinance as adopted were in error. Because the survey was adopted in an Ordinance, it requires another ordinance to correct the error.
These lots belong to a single owner, Mr. Scott Darin Graham and the re-plat was not opposed by anyone. The subdivision of the lots are unchanged by this ordinance, we are just correcting the legal description as contained in the survey. A full copy of the text of the Ordinance is on file and available for inspection and copying for any citizen or interested person upon request at the office of the City Clerk at the City Hall.
