Notice is hereby given, advising that the Planning Commission for the City of D’Iberville will hold a Planning Workshop on September 9, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall in D’Iberville, Mississippi at 10383 Automall Parkway, D’Iberville, Mississippi for the purpose of reviewing the following applications. A full copy of the applications and maps depicting the locations of these properties are available for you to review at D’Iberville City Hall.

  1. Case No. 2025-19 Brandon Wilson and Jessica Bull dba Lil Saints, LLC-Plan Review to allow for a daycare at 14032 Lemoyne Blvd in the C-2 (General Commercial) District, parcel# 1409C-04-016.000.
  2. Case No. 2025-20 Heather Painter dba Carnival Coney Island-Variance to allow for 2 parking spaces in a shared lot instead of the required 11 spaces and 3’ side yard setback instead of the required 5’ for the purpose of constructing a dumpster enclosure at 10170 Central Ave in the FMD (French Market) District, parcel # 1409F-02-018.000.
  3. Case No. 2025-21 Shawn Penderson for SMD, LLC-Conditional Use to construct two 4-unit townhomes at 14295 Lamey Bridge Rd in the R-3 (General Residence) District, parcel # 1307H-01-013.049.
  4. Case No. 2025-22 Freddie Fountain for JMK Real Property, LLC-Conditional Use to allow for the construction of warehousing units and a variance to allow for a 20’ front yard setback instead of the required 25’ front at 0 Arceneaux Rd, parcel # 1308O-02-007.001.
  5. Case No. 2025-18 Timothy Cruise for Harper Avery, LLC-Application to rezone approximately 2.250-acres from the C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) District to the C-2 (General Commercial) District and a Conditional Use to allow for a boat and RV storage facility at 4112 Brodie Rd, parcel # 1309H-01-044.028.
