Notice is hereby given of the title and a general summary of the subject matter contained in Ordinance No. 2586, duly adopted, and approved by the City Council of the City of Biloxi with a 7-0 vote on July 29, 2025. A complete copy of the Ordinance is available for public inspection during normal and regular business hours in the office of the Clerk of Council of the City of Biloxi, located at 140 Lameuse Street, Biloxi, Mississippi 39530; The Biloxi Public Library, located at 580 Howard Avenue, Biloxi, Mississippi 39530 and City of Biloxi Community Development Building, located at 676 Martin Luther King Blvd, Biloxi, Mississippi 39530.
