LONG BEACH (GG) — On Thursday, August 28, 2025, the Long Beach Police Department arrested Juan A. Evans, from Long Beach, Mississippi and charged him with one count of Trafficking Cocaine and one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute: Marijuana.
The arrest was the result of a narcotics investigation where a search warrant for Evans’ home was obtained and executed.
Officers recovered both marijuana and cocaine from Evans’ residence. The search warrant was conducted by the Long Beach Police Department with the assistance of Harrison County Sheriff’s Narcotics Task Force.
Evans was transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center in Gulfport, Mississippi and incarcerated on a $100,000.00 bond set by Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain pending further court action.
