Notice is hereby given, advising that the Planning Commission for the City of D’Iberville will hold a Planning Workshop on August 12, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall in D’Iberville, Mississippi at 10383 Automall Parkway, D’Iberville, Mississippi for the purpose of reviewing the following applications. A full copy of the applications and maps depicting the locations of these properties are available for you to review at D’Iberville City Hall.

  1. Case No. 2025-17 Brant Ratcliffe dba Verizon Wireless for Kevin Weaver, Trustee for The Heritage Methodist Church-Conditional Use and Variance to allow for a new 190’ monopole cellular communication tower in the C-2 (General Commercial District) with a 61’ setback to the east property line instead of the required 100’ at 4322 Popps Ferry Rd, parcel # 1308O-002-28.000.
  2. Case No. 2025-18 Christy Duggan for City of Diberville-Text Amendment for Article 14-Cellular/Communication Towers adding provisions for small cell facilities and updating all communication facility guidelines
