LEGAL NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE is given by the city of Pass Christian, Mississippi, that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., and will be reviewed on Tuesday August 5, 2025 before the Mayor and Board of Aldermen 6:00 p.m., at the City of Pass Christian courtroom, 105 Hiern Avenue, Pass Christian, Mississippi, to hear the following applications and any related matters:
1. Application – Carl Larossa
Property located at approximately Clark & Asmard (Tax Parcel 0312K-01-005.000) Request for a zoning re-classification to allow residential added to the current zoning of which consists of light industrial.
2. Application- Gulf States Construction; Owner- Gulf States Ventures
Property located at 121 Palmwood Drive (Tax Parcel 0212O-01-003.000) Request for a front load driveway to allow for new construction of a residential home due to previous significant shoreline erosion affecting the ability to create a side or rear load driveway.
