LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given, advising that the Planning Commission for the City of D’Iberville will hold a Public Hearing on July 22, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall in D’Iberville, Mississippi at 10383 Automall Parkway, D’Iberville, Mississippi for the purpose of reviewing the following applications. A full copy of the applications and maps depicting the locations of these properties are available for you to review at D’Iberville City Hall.

  1. Case No. 2025-14 Holston Pools for Jean Hannah-Variance to allow for overutilization of lot coverage to 51% instead of the maximum of 45% in the R-2 District at 3053 Rue Michelle, parcel# 1408C-03-001.139
  2. Case No. 2025-15 Danny and Sheri Drieling-Variance to allow for the creation of a 6000 square foot lot instead of the minimum of 10000 square feet required in the R-1 District, as the product of a lot split, at 11148 Morgan Lane, parcel # 1408N-04-007.001.
  3. Case No. 2025-16 Joshua and Nicole Conner– Variance to allow for the overutilization of lot coverage to 68% instead of the maximum of 45% and allow for 5’ setbacks off of the dwelling instead of the required 10’ in the R-2 District at 3055 Rue Acadian Gardens, parcel # 1408C-03-001.001
