The Biloxi Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Municipal Building located at 676 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Biloxi, Mississippi, to hear the following case:
Case No. 25-033-BZA: a 14-ft 10-inch Rear-Yard Setback Variance, and an 8663-ft Lot Size Variance to authorize an accessory use structure (guest cottage/pool house) to be constructed on property located at 1884 Courtney Lane (Tax Parcel No. 1208O-01-009.073).
