BAY ST. LOUIS (GG) — Saint Stanislaus proudly celebrated the achievements of the Class of 2025 during its Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement Exercises on Saturday, May 17, at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church. This ceremony marked the conclusion of the school’s 171st year of Catholic education, as seniors received their diplomas and were recognized for their outstanding accomplishments.
The Class of 2025 distinguished itself through remarkable academic performance and ambitious post-graduation plans. Collectively, this year’s seniors earned $5,313,598 in scholarships, a testament to their dedication and hard work. Notably, three students—Sam Favre, Satvik Kompella, and Gibson Williams—were named National Merit Finalists. Six seniors joined the ACT 30+ Club: Ethan Cuevas, Jack Farr, Sam Favre, Satvik Kompella, Harry McArthur, and Gibson Williams. Among them, Valedictorian Gibson Williams achieved a perfect score of 36 on the ACT, while Salutatorian Satvik Kompella earned a superscore of 36.
Every member of the Class of 2025 will continue their education at the collegiate level, underscoring the commitment of these students and the unwavering support of their families and educators. Graduates from Saint Stanislaus are set to attend an impressive array of colleges and universities across the nation, reflecting the diverse interests and aspirations of the class.
