PASS CHRISTIAN (GG) — On Wednesday May 21, 2025, at approximately 6:04 pm, the Pass Christian Police Department were called to a residence off Demourelle Road in response to a possible shooting. Upon arrival, the officers located an unresponsive male who appeared to have a gunshot wound. Pass Christian Fire Medical Personnel and Acadian Ambulance Service confirmed the male was deceased.
The Pass Christian Police Department Criminal Investigations Division charged Eric Ladnier with Murder. Harrison County Justice Court Judge Brandon Ladner set Ladnier’s bond at $1,000,000.
The victim is not a local resident and the identity is pending release to the public until notification is made to next of kin.
