ORDINANCE
On May 20, 2025, the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Pass Christian, MS, adopted an Ordinance providing for regulations and permitting for outdoor burning with criminal penalties for violations of the ordinance. The ordinance takes effect thirty days after its passage.
This is a summary only of the provisions of the Ordinance. A full copy of the text of the Ordinance is on file and available for inspection and copying for any citizen or person interested upon request at the office of the City Clerk at the new City Hall.
