Notice is hereby given, advising that the Planning Commission for the City of D’Iberville will hold a Public Hearing on May 27, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall in D’Iberville, Mississippi at 10383 Automall Parkway, D’Iberville, Mississippi for the purpose of reviewing the following applications. A full copy of the applications and maps depicting the locations of these properties are available for you to review at D’Iberville City Hall.

  1. Case No. 2025-09 Paul Ahlberg for Thomas Johnson-Conditional Use to allow for a pet grooming business at 10170 Central Ave, Suite B, in the FMD (French Market) District, parcel# 1409F-02-018.000.
  2. Case No. 2025-10 PDQ Printing for John Harris Jr-Plan Review to allow for a print shop at 11505 Cinema Dr, Suite 3, in the C-3A (Interstate Commercial) District, parcel# 1408K-01-001.005.
  3. Case No. 2025-11 David Nguyen dba Isha Barrington, LLC-Variance to allow for a 1’ rear yard setback instead of the required 25’ for the purpose of constructing a dumpster enclosure at 12088 Lamey Bridge Rd, in the C-3A (Interstate Commercial) District, parcel# 1408F-010-012.002

Case No. 2025-12 Christy Duggan for City of Diberville-Zoning Map Amendment to rezone 11 parcels all being south of the Tchoutacabouffa River, north of Mallet Rd and east of Lamey Bridge from the C-3A District (Interstate Commercial) to the C-2 (General Commercial) District to promote infill development and revitalization of underutilized or transitional properties, parcel# 1408F-01-014.005, 1408F-01-014.002, 1408F-01-014.000, 1408F-01-014.001, 1408F-01-013.001, 1408F-01-013.003, 1408F-01-012.001, 1408F-01-013.002, 1408F-01-013.000, 1408F-01-012.000, and a portion of 14408F-01-001.000.
