The Biloxi Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Municipal Building located at 676 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Biloxi, Mississippi, to hear the following cases:

Case No. 25-017-PC, a Public Hearing to consider whether the New Seasons Methadone Clinic at 1989 Pass Road is in compliance or violation of the standards of its conditional use permit. (Tax Parcel No. 1210F-03-011.021).

Case No. 25-024-PC, a Conditional Use application to authorize an Auto Repair and Servicing Facility, without Painting/Bodywork, located within an NB zone, and identified as 1673 Popps Ferry Road (re: Tax Parcel No.1309D-01-002.005).

Case No. 25-025-PC, a Conditional Use application for a Medical Clinic within an LB Limited Business zone, for property identified as 1886 Popps Ferry Road (Tax Parcel No. 1209B-01-005.000).
