ORDINANCE
On January 21, 2025, the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Pass Christian, MS, adopted an Ordinance revising the Tree Protection Ordinance to increase the number of members on the Tree Board to six; charge a $50.00 application fee; and revise provisions pertaining to protected trees in the City right-of-way or upon public property. The amendment to the ordinance took effect thirty days after its passage.
This is a summary only of the provisions of the Ordinance. A full copy of the text of the Ordinance is on file and available for inspection and copying for any citizen or person interested upon request at the office of the City Clerk at the new City Hall.
