City of Long Beach, Mississippi
The City of Long Beach, Mississippi, will receive bids for:
JANITORIAL SERVICES
in person at the Office of City Clerk located at City Hall, 201 Jeff Davis Avenue, Long Beach, MS, 39560, or via mail at P.O. Box 929, Long Beach, MS 39560 during normal office hours at any time prior to the designated date for the bid opening. Bids received prior to 10:00 A.M., June 6, 2025 will then be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids are invited for regularly scheduled cleaning of Long Beach City Hall (201 Jeff Davis Avenue), Long Beach Public Library (209 Jeff Davis Avenue) and Long Beach Recreation/Senior Center (20257 Daugherty Road).
Interested bidders may obtain specifications by emailing kini@cityoflongbeachms.com or calling the City Clerk’s office at 228-863-1556.
“Janitorial Services” and the name of the bidder must be on the outside of the sealed bid envelope.
The City of Long Beach, Mississippi, reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
Bids may be held by the City of Long Beach, Mississippi, for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids, prior to awarding of the Contract.
