The Biloxi Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Municipal Building located at 676 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Biloxi, Mississippi, to hear the following case:
Case No. 25-017-PC, a Public Hearing to consider whether the New Seasons Methadone Clinic at 1989 Pass Road is in compliance or violation of the standards of its conditional use permit. (Tax Parcel No. 1210F-03-011.021).
Case No. 25-018-PC, a Conditional Use application to authorize a Short-Term-Rental within an existing single-family residential Condominium located within an RM-30 zone, and identified as 245 McDonnell Avenue Unit 166 (Tax Parcel No. 1210G-02-037.166).
Case No. 25-019-PC, a Conditional Use application for a Tattoo Parlor within an NB Neighborhood Business zone, for property identified as 291 Covenant Square, Suite C (Tax Parcel No. 1110G-02-004.010).
Case No. 25-020-BZA, a 1’ 3” Side-Yard Setback Variance application to authorize an accessory use building (i.e., storage shed) to be constructed 1’.9” from the side property line and located at 748 Canterbury Drive (Tax Parcel No. 1209E-02-082.000).
Case No. 25-021-BZA, a request for a ten percent (10%) Impervious Surface Coverage Area Variance, to authorize the construction of an additional Parking Lot to provide overflow parking for an existing school, located at 1831 Popp’s Ferry Road (Tax Parcel Nos. 1209B-01-025.000 & 1209B-01-024.001).
