PASS CHRISTIAN (GG) — DeLisle Elementary School proudly hosted its Beta Club Induction Ceremony, celebrating the accomplishments of its 4th and 5th-grade students. This ceremony marks a significant milestone for young students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership qualities, and a strong commitment to community service.
The Beta Club recognizes students who maintain high academic standards while also engaging in service-oriented activities. At DeLisle Elementary, the induction of new Beta Club members is a special event that encourages personal growth and highlights the importance of responsibility, hard work, and leadership.
Being a part of Beta Club means these students are committing to upholding the highest standards of character, achievement, and community service. We are so proud of each inductee and look forward to seeing all of the amazing things they will accomplish as they represent our school.
Additionally, this week at DeLisle Elementary School, academic excellence is a cornerstone of the school’s mission, and recent celebrations honoring students who scored proficient and advanced on the Mississippi Academic Assessment Program (MAAP) are a testament to that. The students who achieved these levels of success were honored by receiving an extra special recess with bouncy houses!
The celebration emphasized the value of perseverance and the power of education to open doors to future opportunities. Students were thrilled to spend their morning celebrating their success. DeLisle Elementary School is an institution in the Pass Christian School District.
