Monday afternoon, the Long Beach Police Department arrested two Long Beach juveniles for charges of automobile burglary.
The Long Beach Police Department began an investigation after receiving calls about the suspects between Magnolia and South Lang Avenue in the city. Both juveniles fled on foot after the officers tried to make contact.
After being caught, the juveniles were transported to the Harrison County Juvenile Detention Center.
During the search, officers located a drawstring bag containing a stolen gun and other property that was taken from unlocked vehicles. Further investigation led to the recovery of more stolen property which more was taken from additional vehicles.
Each juvenile will be awaiting court action.
