After being denied a previous expansion request, it only took the Pass Christian Planning Commission six minutes to recommend Board of Alderman approval of AALCO Storage’s expansion request.

The nine member commission voted 8-0 with Ken Austin recusing himself to allow AALCO to develop an adjacent parcel on Clarence Avenue, for additional Boat and Recreational Vehicle Storage.

The expansion will include proper fencing and will not include an new entrance on Clarence Avenue.  In recommending approval of this request, City Planner, Danit Simon noted that the request meets all required standards and is in harmony with the scale, bulk, coverage, and character of the neighborhood.
