Thursday morning, June 7th, the Long Beach Police Department arrested 30 year old Brian Andrew Paul, of Biloxi and charged him with home repair fraud.
The arrest was the result of an investigation where Paul was allegedly contracted to perform repairs to a resident’s home, requested and received an initial deposit for the work and never returned. Paul was transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center and incarcerated on a $50,000.00 bond set by Justice Court Judge Diane Ladner pending further court action.
